Yesterday, I didn't make it to Dunkin Donuts, but I did have breakfast there this morning, and I think it's safe to say that I understand the appeal. Their iced caramel latte is better than starbucks, for sure, and although the cash register lady was really rude to me, I no longer harbour resentment for its crazy popularity.
Last night daddy and I went to Portsmouth for dinner on the harbour. I took a panorama of the harbour, but the changing light over time made it a little funny looking...
I also got a shot of the bridge that I like.
I'm not a photographer or anything, and I have a crappy broken little Kodak point-and-shoot, but it's fun.
So far I love New England. The people are super friendly, everything is historical and quirky and fantastic and all the buildings are brick and fascinating. I think I could be really happy here.
The whole point of this trip is to look at Northeastern and Boston University. We're going to Boston this weekend. We're just in Hampton right now so dad can work...I toured his plant today and all of his coworkers were absolutely amazing. The background on his boss' computer is a photo of his daughters and Leonardo DiCaprio. Leonardo freaking DiCaprio. Apparently his boss' cousin is Robert DeNiro...no big deal. Green with envy, right here.
I am really talking about nothing interesting.
Here's a haiku.
I like New England
It is super cute
Life here is awesome.
You know your blog post is lame when you can sum it up in a haiku.
love,
me.
